Terms and Conditions: Social Media Marketing Services

 

Welcome to Fytil! By using our social media marketing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Content Replication

The same visual content and captions may appear on all social media channels as part of our standard service offering. This ensures consistency in your brand messaging and an effective social media strategy.

 

2. Production Exclusion

Please note that photo or video shooting is not included in the base service price. If you require custom visual content production, such as photos or videos, additional charges may apply. Our team will provide you with a customized quote for any production requirements.

 

3. Paid Stock Photo Usage

In the event that paid stock photos are necessary for your social media content, the cost of the stock photos will be charged to the client. Rest assured, we will seek your approval before incurring any additional expenses.

 

4. Campaign Reporting

Clients subscribed to our Advanced and Professional plans will receive a detailed campaign report one week after the end of the campaign month. This report includes key performance indicators, analytics, and insights to assess the effectiveness of your social media campaigns.

 

5. Payment Terms

All listed services, including content development, community management, and performance tracking, are included in the subscription price. However, any additional services that you require beyond the standard offering (e.g., paid stock photos or production) need to be paid in full ahead of the start of the service. Once payment is received, we will initiate the requested service promptly. No additional charges will appear after the service is concluded.

 

6. Content Development

To maintain an active and engaging online presence, we develop fresh and captivating content on a weekly basis for your social media channels.

 

7. Monthly Content Plan (Advanced and Professional Plans)

Clients subscribed to our Advanced and Professional plans will receive a comprehensive content plan at the beginning of each month. This plan outlines the content strategy and schedule for the entire month, allowing for your review and feedback before execution.

 

8. Community Management (Professional Plan)

Community management includes reacting to general comments and messages, but doesn't address sales or more complex customer requests. Those messages will be forwarded to the business owner upon request.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content produced and provided by Fytil remains the intellectual property of our company, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our content without prior written permission.

 

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information. Any information shared with us for the purpose of our services will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

Fytil shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use of our social media marketing services.

 

12. Modifications

Fytil reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after any such changes, you accept the modified terms and conditions.
